Welcome to the National Capitol Area POCI

National Capitol Area Chapter of POCI was started in 1979. In 1992 we hosted the national convention in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

We have member from Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and the District of Columbia. Some of our current members were instrumental in starting NCAC.

Our newsletter, "The Warpath" has won numerous awards through the years. Our past editors, George and Joan Richardson held that post for more than 20 years. We as a club are looking forward to our new editors maintaining George and Joan's level of excellence in the coming years.

One of our most faithful sponsors is Burdett Brothers Pontiac and GMC of Hyattstown, Maryland. We appreciate Don Burdett and his family for making our annual show not only fun, but very sucessful.

Our club encourages the preservation, restoration and enjoyment of Pontiacs, Oakland and GMC products. Some of our club cars are very early Oaklands to the lastest GTO's.

We enjoy getting new members and encourage them to get involved with "their" club. We always welcome new ideas and new Pontiac lovers.
